Tom began skiing in the early 70's on metal Heads when skis were long and narrow and boots were short and soft. His home area in the Black Hills of South Dakota was
Terry Peak where the saying was, "If you learned to ski at Terry Peak you can ski all conditions, mostly bad." Tom has been on the CSC Board for several years, holding a variety of positions, currently Treasurer. Last season Tom concentrated on teaching his 5 year old granddaughter to ski.
I have been alpine skiing for 55 years. Mainly in Steamboat. I am returning to the ski club after a long absence. I look forward to connecting with alpine and Nordic skiers.
