Here we are!  The most highly-requested new trip in years!

Check out
this flyer for details on the club's newest destination.

A tentative itinerary is here.

  • First off, you'll notice that some things are different for this trip.  As we'll be joined by several other clubs in the Intermountain Ski Council, the signup and lodging is coordinated by skigroup.net, a trip planner who has set up a secure website for us.
  • The signup deadline is October 1. We have to ensure that we can fill the rooms/beds that we've committed to in order to keep them.  After that date, they may be released.
  • Once you click the "Register Now" button, you'll find tabs on the webpage to select the different parts of your trip.  The first tab is Transfers. Here you'll want to sign up for our bus from Cheyenne.
  • Next is the Lodging tab.  If you're joining us on the bus, select the 3-night option in the luxurious and slopeside 3-bedroom condos of Bear Creek.  Talk with others that may want to go so you can get the same condo as your friends.
  • Next you'll be able to select 2-day or 3-day lift tickets at well below window prices.
  • You'll also be able to reserve rentals of ski, boards, or entire packages for the days we'll be there.
  • Should you want trip insurance, you'll be able to purchase it now. Please read terms carefully.
  • You can use a credit card to pay for your trip, or can send a check after you've made your choices if you're more comfortable using the mail.
  • Go here now, and look at the details of these options and get comfortable with them and the process.  You don't have to commit today just because it says "Register Now".
  • Don't be put off by the total cost; you're simply paying now instead of buying lift tickets on the bus or demos on the hill.  It's actually very comparable for fine slopeside digs!
  • Get organized with your roommates and get back here to register!
  • Lots of club and Council activities are being planned.  You'll find some absolutely amazing deals at the silent auction!
  • Our local contact is club member and ISC VP Linda Scott at 256-7535 or louandlt@gmail.com. She'll be happy to answer all your questions!
